Our hearts go out to the injustice we have been seeing play out in our society.
We join the global movement to speak up for those who are victims of racism.
We embrace diversity and all voices collectively who fight for a more just world.
We also acknowledge that we ourselves can and should do more.
We will use our platforms to amplify Black voices and to share resources we find can be helpful to increase awareness of structural racism.
We will accelerate our plans for fairer racial representation in our workforce.
We will open ourselves to learn and improve continuously with our actions.
We strongly believe in the value of life, the idea that everything is interconnected, and that we can all be agents of change.
